Performance Pediatrics is a leading pediatric therapy center dedicated to improving the lives of children with physical challenges. Our team of skilled professionals provides personalized care to help each child reach their full potential in a supportive and fun environment.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for children with a variety of physical disabilities and developmental delays. You will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support each child's growth and development.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify physical limitations and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and functional skills.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercises to support continued progress.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
  • Stay current with best practices in pediatric therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience in pediatric physical therapy is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
