RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)

• Under the direct supervision of a BCBA, to assist certified professional staff with students in the classroom to meet behavioral goals and objectives, as well as take data regarding the implementation of plans put in place by the BCBA.
• Assists professional staff in the collection of data regarding behavior plans.
• Supports with interventions needed with students on the spot or in crisis moments.
• Assists with record-keeping procedures to document student learning and performance.
• RBT training preferred.
• Position is Full-time, and salary starts from $30,000.00 per year.
