Varsity Girls Soccer Coach (2) 



 
 
Brief Description:
The Board of Education of the Middlesex County Magnet Schools is currently accepting applicants to fill the position of Varsity Girls Soccer Coach for the 2025-2026 school year.
Salary will be based on the Varsity Soccer Coaches’ salary guide in effect for the 2025-2026 school year. Appointment is made on a yearly basis.
One position is needed for each location:
1. Perth Amboy Magnet School. 
2. East Brunswick Magnet School
 
Qualifications:
Be the holder of a New Jersey State Teacher’s Certificate and/or a County Substitute’s Certificate, have knowledgeable background of the sport as a player or coach in college or in high school, three years sub varsity coaching preferred, and a successful background in working with young people in a related sports field.  Coaches will be certified in CPR/AED and Sports First Aid and must register for the NFHS Coaching Principles Course, if new to the profession, within 120 days of employment. The candidate must have completed “A Guide to Heat Acclimatization and Heat Illness Prevention” course as well as “Concussion in Sports – What you need to Know.”  Certifications need to be completed prior to the first day of the season.

Appointment is at the discretion of the Board of Education.
