Description Benefits Specialist
Full Time – 12-Month Position
 
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience administering employee benefits
  • COBRA, and worker's compensation programs in a school environment is strongly preferred
  • Attention to detail & strong organizational skills
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
  • Experience with Systems3000 preferred
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple processes with competing deadlines
Salary based on experience.
