Job Overview: Memorial School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated 4th or 5th-grade Classroom Teacher to join our collaborative educational community. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where students develop strong academic skills, social-emotional growth, and a lifelong love of learning. This teacher will create engaging and rigorous learning experiences aligned with the New Jersey Student Learning Standards, utilizing effective pedagogical practices to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Qualifications:
- Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of child development and effective elementary instructional practices.
- Ability to differentiate instruction and utilize a variety of assessment tools.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills.
