Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; valid New Jersey driver's license
Black Seal License required and other minimum experiences as determined by the board, but should include knowledge of general building operations; plant operations and maintenance; modern cleaning methods and ventilation; proper handling of hazardous materials
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
