Banyan Elementary School is looking for a part-time counselor to provide counseling and social skills to elementary and middle school aged students with disabilities. We are looking for members of our team who long to creatively meet the needs of students with learning differences in a collaborative and professional manner. As a Wilson Partner School, we are known for using research based, cutting edge practices with our students. This position will be for two days a week, but we can be flexible and spread the hours over several days for the right candidate. Retirees from public school are also encouraged to apply. The candidate should have a master’s degree in counseling or other related field. In addition, certifications such as School Psychologist and Social Worker are ideal, but other credentials will be considered.
