Prepare semi-monthly payroll and oversee payroll related activities.

Certification of pension-related forms and documents on behalf of employees.

Annual Wage and Tax Statements

Submit all federal and state tax reports and payments

Accounting of numerous financial transactions within the district accounting program, including accounts receivable, bank transfers, budget entries, and reconciliations.

Monitoring the status of cash flow, budget accounts, and bank/budget transactions with the Business Administrator when necessary

Preparation for the annual audit, as needed
-
Other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Business Administrator/Board Secretary
