QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. Valid NJ driver’s license.
  3. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  4. Ability lift and deliver boxes up to 25 lbs individually, and up to 50 lbs with assistance. 
  5. Ability to read and write English well enough to effectively perform essential job functions.
  6. Ability to problem-solve and use independent initiative appropriate to assigned job responsibilities.
  7. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
  8. New Jersey residency required within one (1) year from date of hire.
