Provides a full range of services in the identification and diagnosis of speech, language, communication,
and hearing disorders and in the prescription and delivery of appropriate educational services and
programs to eliminate, reduce, or accommodate disabilities that interfere with the student’s meeting and
exceeding the Core Curriculum Content Standards.
