Description Position: 2025-2026 School Year - Middle School Spanish Teacher - Grades 6-8

Position Summary: Ridgewood Public Schools seeks a Spanish teacher to serve our middle school and work with our students at George Washington Middle School for the 2025-2026 school year. Selected individual will be expected to use a high level of skill in teaching Spanish.

Qualifications:

New Jersey Teacher of Spanish certification
Must demonstrate knowledge of middle school Spanish
Must demonstrate ability to differentiate instruction
Must have ability to use technology to enhance learning and assess students
Must be able to effectively communicate with teachers, parents, and administrators both verbally and in writing
Must be able to work collaboratively and maintain harmonious relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

Start Date: 08/28/25 plus 3 days NTO

Working Conditions: 10 month, full-time, tenure track position, salary as per negotiated contract with benefits
