Anticipated Opening - Full Time Custodian (Day Time)

12 Month Position 

Salary as negotiated

(commensurate with experience and/or credentials)

Available on: July 1, 2025 

Required Qualifications 

• Knowledge of school operation and maintenance; cleaning methods and procedures; heating and ventilation; proper handling of hazardous materials
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident status

 Duties Include

• Inspection the facility daily and complete minor repairs and maintenance as needed
• Maintain the school grounds in a safe and attractive condition (mowing. trimming, snow removal)
• Test well water daily, periodically check the septic and grease trap operational conditions
• Maintain and inventory the the purchase of suitable supplies, tools and equipment
• Move/ assemble furniture or equipment within the building as required for various activities and as directed by the administrator
• Setup and cleanup of the lunchroom in alignment with the school’s daily schedule
• Maintain the cleanliness and restocking of the shared spaces in daily operations
• Strive constantly to promote the safety, health and comfort of the students and employees

Eagleswood is a PK-6, one school district an enrollment of approximately 150 students
