Description: Instructional Coach (K-2)

Requirements:

Certification: Hold a New Jersey Standard Teaching Certificate
Criminal Approval from State of NJ
Highly skilled in data analysis and assessment practices
5 years minimum teaching experience
Warm and inviting personality

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong teaching experience in early childhood or elementary education
Background in Wilson Language, Orton-Gillingham, Science of Reading, and/or other multisensory approach
Familiarity with K-2 mathematics approaches
Ability to design and implement curriculum that aligns with state standards and supports student learning
Proficiency in analyzing student performance data to identify areas for improvement and guide instructional practices
