General Description: *Organizes and manages the Human Resource procedures of the district, including recruitment, selection for recommendation to the Superintendent, placement, promotion, employee discipline, compensation, contract interpretation, employee relations, affirmative action, personnel record keeping and human resource development of all district personnel in compliance with all State and Federal laws and regulations, district contractual agreements, and policies of the Board of Education.
Performance Responsibilities: *Per attached job description
Qualifications: Master's degree required and minimum of 3 years of administrative experience with personnel management, negotiations and recruitment experience in an educational setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience. NJ Dept of Ed School Administration, Principal or School Business Administration Certificate or eligibility required.
