NJ School Business Administrator Certification required
QPA Certificate preferred
Minimum 3-5 years experience as Business Administrator in a public school system preferred
Experience in budget preparation/adminstration and understanding of statutory and code requirements
Knowledge of statutory requirements and accepted practices in school districts related to insurance, purchasing, transportation, food services, school facilities operations, facility planning, public employment and collective bargaining
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various groups including administrators, staff, board members, community members and union representatives.
