Manville School District is looking for a conscientious and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA plays a critical role in supporting students, teachers and building administration. It is necessary to have excellent collaboration skills to support teachers, parents, and other school personnel to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Master's or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Experience working with children and adolescents with diverse behavioral and learning needs in a school or educational setting.
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, behavior assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other school personnel.
Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions to support student success.
