Staff Needed: One (1) Food Services - Field Manager

Qualifications:

Hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Food, Hotel/Restaurant Management or a related field
Have at least one year related experience in high volume food service operation
Must be knowledgeable of HACCP procedures and should be ServSafe Certified
Must be able to motivate staff to achieve desired goals
Must have excellent managerial and communication skills, oral/written (bilingual a plus)
Must be creative, organized, self-motivated and dependable
Must be able to work independently without major supervision
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excell, and PowerPoint)
Must have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative

Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
