Must meet the Highly Qualified Status requirements;Two years of study at an institution of higher learning (48 credits);orAssociate's Degree or higher; orPassing grade on the ETS ParaPro Assessment.Interest and empathy toward children; preference is shown forcandidates who have had experience working with childrenin a school or community setting.ABA experience and safe restraint training preferred,or willingness to be trained.Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
