MAINTENANCE WORKERS
Full Time

Operations Department

Description:
  • Maintains the physical plant in a condition of operating excellence, so that the full educational use of it may be made at all times. 
  • Has experience in all trades applicable to general building maintenance including, but not limited to, HVAC, electric, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and grounds.
Certifications/Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid NJ Drivers' License
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Commercial/Industrial/Educational setting
  • Black Seal (Low Pressure) Boiler Operator License
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics
  • Experience with Work Order systems and HVAC Controls preferred
