Girls Basketball Assistant Coach

Pioneer Academy is seeking an Assistant Coach for Girls Basketball for the 2024-2025 season.

The right candidate must possess the following skills:

• Working knowledge of coaching techniques and procedures.
• Capable of instructing and supervising student athletes.
• Superior organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to motivate players to reach their potential
• Able to make quick decisions under pressure
• Must meet all current NJSIAA requirements
• Familiar with State NJSIAA guidelines and rules
• Experience coaching NJSIAA high school basketball
• Must have valid NJ driver’s license

Qualifications:

Relevant basketball coaching experience at the High School level preferred.
