Replacement position for High School Counselor and High School Student Assistance Counselor.
2/15/2025 - 6/30/2025
Assume all responsibilities of a High School Counselor.  This includes but is not limited to:
  • Scheduling high school courses
  • College and career planning
  • Support with recommendations
  • Mental health and crisis support and referrals
  • Individual and group counseling
  • Participate and support students through I & RS, 504s, and collaboration with student services.
  • SAC role: screen for substance use, create recommendations for re-entry meetings, provide prevention pertaining to substance use, provide 1:1 and group counseling, deliver health class lessons on signs of suicide

Qualifications:
Masters in School Counseling
NJ School Counselor Certification 
SAC Certification preferred
