Long Term Substitute Teacher
Special Education Teacher (ICR) - Elementary

Qualifications:

|
1.

Valid New Jersey Teaching Certificate in Special Education K12, or Teacher of the Handicapped, or Teacher of Students with Disabilities.
|
|
2.
|
Demonstrated knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods.
|
|
3.
|
Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
|
|
4.
|
Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. Citizenship or legal resident alien status.
|
|
5
|
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of proven instructional
strategies as they relate to student achievement.
|
|

Please be advised that while the district is handling the interview process, the chosen candidate for this position will go through the onboarding process and become an employee of Kelly Services, whom the district uses as a substitute staffing provider. An employee is not hired as personnel under Hainesport Township School District but will spend each school day at Hainesport Township School District in accordance with the position.
