Girls Soccer Assistant Coach - Fall 2024

Position Overview:

The Girls Soccer Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach in all aspects of the soccer program, including practice planning, game strategy, and player development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for soccer, a strong understanding of the game, and the ability to motivate and mentor student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and conducting daily practices.
• Support the development and implementation of game strategies.
• Provide individual and team coaching during practices and games.
• Foster a positive and encouraging team environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and equipment management.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes.

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience or relevant soccer experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Head Coach and other staff.
• Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
