Job Description:  Provide technical support to users by troubleshooting problems along with maintenance and installation of hardware and software in an effort to maintain operating systems in full functioning capacity as directed by Supervisor.
 
Qualifications: 
  1. High School Diploma
  2. Technical degree or equivalent education/experience in computer operations.
  
Work Week: 
A typical work week shall consist of 40 hours inclusive of lunch with flexible starting
time and flexible assigned days as directed by Supervisor.  It is expected that all
necessary time lines are met  as assigned.  
 
Reports to:     Manager of Information Technology
                       
Performance Responsibilities:
  • Provide help desk support to end users by identifying problems, researching answers, taking corrective steps to reach a resolution
  • Device Repair
  • Install and configure all computer systems, accessories, and LAN/WAN hardware/software
  • Maintain log of completed tasks along with knowledgebase updates
  • Work with other technology department members and report to Manager of Information Technology
  • All other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager of Information Technology
 
 
Terms of Employment:         Central Office Calendar – 12 Month Position
 
Evaluation:                             The performance of job will be evaluated annually by the
                                                Manager of Information Technology
