Description
Provide primary administrative support within Genesis, the Student Information System.  Perform secretarial and clerical duties including, but not limited to the following: answering phones, taking messsages, scheduling appointments, filing, and assisting the administration as needed. Provide administrative support to the athletic director and others as needed. Maintain confidential files and records for athletic department and staff. Communicate with staff/coaches and parents. Manage meeting spaces, processing of vouchers, coordinate student transportation, student awards presentations. Communicate with neighboring schools for athletic planning and hosting events.

Experience:
Previous experience with Google Suite a plus; experience working with students in grades 9-12; familiar with Genesis SIS program preferred. Knowledge of Systems 3000 a plus.
