GROUNDSKEEPER / MAINTENANCE WORKER

Qualifications

Knowledge of construction, maintenance, & carpentry tools

Experience as a journeyman in commercial or institutional construction, remodeling, or maintenance

Able to work in a variety of workspaces and temperatures, including snow plowing

Able to lift or move heavy equipment up to 80 pounds

Able to read and understand blueprints

Valid NJ Driver’s License, required
