2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR (Starting February 2025)
DISTRICT

We are presently accepting applications for the following position.
BEHAVIORIST (Starting February 2025)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) certificate, preferred, or willingness to obtain within the first two years of employment
Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
Proficient in creating function-based intervention plans for behavior change strategies
Demonstrate ability to provide classroom consultations
Able to develop students' IEP goals
Experience working with at-risk students
Ability to maintain positive relationships with students, staff, administration and parents
Proficient in student record keeping applications, Genesis preferred
Must be able to perform physical work, as required
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
