Description The Lodi Board of Education is seeking the following:

POSITION:               EARLY CHILDHOOD SCHOOL SOCIAL WORKER/CPIS (Community Parent Involvement Specialist)
 
LOCATION:             Lodi Public Schools
 
EFFECTIVE:           January 1, 2025; 12-month position 
                                
Requirements:
  1. School Social Worker Certificate
  2. Develop and implement an IEP for classified students according to state and federal guidelines.
  3. Identify pupil needs and cooperate with other staff members to help students with health, behavioral and learning concerns.
  4. Attend and participate in Child Study Team meetings.
  5. The ability to speak, read and write fluently in English and Spanish (Preferred, but not required)
  6. Experience with implementing family and community engagement programs.
  7. Experience working with children in primary grades.
 
Salary:      Salary shall be in accordance with the labor agreement between the Professional Specialists Personnel Organization and the Lodi Board of Education.
