FULL-TIME 12-MONTH ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of administrative and staff support duties for the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary, which provides a range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures; accounts payable; payroll processing; NJ State Health Benefits and Pensions; cafeteria; school transportation; and offers information and assistance, as necessary, to staff, students, parents and public.
Qualifications:
Should have good organizational skills and ability to work independently and multitask. Accounting degree preferred. CDL a plus.
