     Qualifications:    
  • Must possess valid NJ Driver's License
  • Must possess current Low Pressure Black Seal License
  • Proficient in two of the following trades with a working knowledge of the remainder:
    • demolition, carpentry, masonry, ceiling tile and support systems, painting, plumbling, glazing, floor tiling, roofing, air condititioning and heating, electrical (running cable)        
  • Must possess basic computer knowledge with ability to process work orders and related information using a computer
  • Ability to operate power tools and/or equipment
  • Ability to estimate material for proper completion of tasks as well as establish time requirements and proper staffing for project
  • Must have good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills required for troubleshooting maintenance issues and resolving emergencies
  • Proficient in math and understanding of plumbing, electricity, and HVAC sysems essential
  • Ability to meet essential job task requirements
  • Requires a criminal history background check and employment eligibility verification
