School Improvement Panel (ScIP) Teacher -Roosevelt School
Description: The Panel shall oversee the mentoring of teachers and the district’s teacher evaluation program (Stronge) in addition to helping to identify professional development opportunities for instructional staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Commitment: Attend meetings to assist in the implementation of the teacher evaluation system; assist in the mentoring process of teachers; assist in the school professional development plan; 3-year term.
Qualifications: N.J. Teaching Certificate; demonstrated success as a classroom teacher
