Description ANTICIPATED: High School Principal
Tenure Track position, Full Time

The Manville School District is seeking a progressive, proven school leader for the position of High School Principal. The candidate should have the following characteristics:

Proven leadership experience focused on serving students, faculty, and staff
Demonstrated experience as an instructional leader
Experience supporting Guidance department and development of school-wide master schedule
Extensive experience in community development and community relations
Proven ability to develop and oversee school budget
Demonstrated ability to organize and execute staff development
Excellent communication skills
Ability to effectively integrate technology throughout the school

The candidate must possess the following qualifications:

NJ Principals Certificate
Minimum 4 years of successful teaching
Minimum 4 years of successful experience as a school or district administrator in public or private education
Specializes in ELPs and experience with block scheduling a plus
Bi-lingual a plus
