Full-time math teacher needed for 2024-25 school year. Tenure track position.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated High School Math Teacher to join our team. As a High School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic and personal growth of our students.
Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum standards- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students- Utilize various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events- Stay updated on educational best practices and incorporate them into teaching strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field- Teaching certification/license- Proven experience in teaching high school students- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to effectively manage a classroom environment- Experience in tutoring or mentoring students is advantageous
