2025 Spring Musical Drama Director

Responsibilities include all aspects of the Long Pond Middle School Drama Program:

• Submitting requisitions for rental/procurement of rights
• Organizing & Scheduling
• Auditions
• Casting
• Facilities use
• Rehearsals
• Performances
• Delegating responsibilities to staff & volunteers
• Implementing principles & techniques of acting, singing, dancing & music
• Blocking & staging
• Choreography & blocking of all musical productions
• Coordinating cast, crew, lighting & sound design
• Collaborating with set and costume design technicians
• Creating & overseeing ticket sales
• Designing and distributing playbill

Auditions to be held in December 2024; Rehearsals to begin in January 2025 (two/three days a week); Performances on April 4th and 5th.
