Guidance Counselor
Anticipated Position Available: 1/24/2025 - 6/30/2025

Qualifications:

NJ School Counselor certificate required
Understanding of State testing regulations and protocols
Experience with Genesis student information system preferred
Experience with Student Recognition programs
Knowledge of SMART goals and the development of student action plans
Understanding of Student Crisis protocols
Knowledge of suicide prevention responsibility
Knowledge and understanding of Risk Assessment and Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management
Experience with middle school age students preferred
Effective communication skills
Ability to present to large groups
