Grades Prek-3 School Principal (12 month position)

Approrpriate NJDOE Principal Certification required.
Visionary leader with a "hands on" approach and attention to detail. Must be a self-starting individual with demonstrated effectiveness as an instructional leader; demonstrated effectiveness supervising and evaluating building staff; demonstrated leadership in the areas of curriculum, instruction, and professional development; documented success in building and expandng family and community partnerships; demonstrative collaborative skills; budget development and fiscal management; outstanding organization and management skills and technologically savvy with teaching experience; experience in a leadership role as a Principal, Assistant Principal, or Supervisor preferred. Bilingual a plus but not required.
