Preschool Teacher (2024-2025 School Year)

The East Rutherford School District is seeking a full-time Preschool Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess appropriate New Jersey Preschool Certification.
• Experience working in a preschool setting is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
• Familiarity with The Creative Curriculum is highly desired but not required.
• Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of all students.
• Effective classroom management skills with the ability to implement age-appropriate discipline strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with colleagues, parents, and administrators.
• Experience with integrating technology into the preschool classroom is a plus.
