Qualifications Include & Description of Position/Responsibilities

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Perform custodial work per job description
Work with various cleaning compounds
Perform minor maintenance tasks
Ability to work flexible hours
Mandatory snow removal when required
Ability to work unsupervised

Requirements:

Valid NJ Driver's License
Possession of Black Seal Boiler's License Preferred

Salary: $47,115 (minimum) to $58,685 (maximum), comensurate with experience
