Appropriate Certificate required
Reading Specialist Certificate preferred
Experience and certification in multisensory reading instruction preferred
Knowledge of best practices for teaching middle school-level literacy skills
Using data to inform instruction and set learning goals
Strong knowledge of differentiation, intervention strategies, and collaboration
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
