Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
(Up to 29 hours/week - No Benefits)

 
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma. Sixty (60) credits in related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Valid RBT Certification. Successful training, supervision, and assessment requirements leading to attainment of the nationally-recogized RBT certification granted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Solid understanding and practical application of behavior analysis principles.
  • Strong organizational and data collection skills, with attention to detail. Experience with discrete trial instruction preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and follow directions from supervising professionals, specifically the BCBA (Board Certificed Behavior Analyst).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. 
  • Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
