Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
(Up to 29 hours/week - No Benefits)

Requirements:

High School Diploma. Sixty (60) credits in related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
Valid RBT Certification. Successful training, supervision, and assessment requirements leading to attainment of the nationally-recogized RBT certification granted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Solid understanding and practical application of behavior analysis principles.
Strong organizational and data collection skills, with attention to detail. Experience with discrete trial instruction preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively and follow directions from supervising professionals, specifically the BCBA (Board Certificed Behavior Analyst).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
