Qualifications/Requirements:
1. NJ Principal’s Certification or Certificate of Eligibility
2. 5+ years successful classroom experience, elementary preferred
3. Experience in curriculum, instruction, and technology
4. Demonstrated success in analyzing data and increasing student achievement
5. Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage in positive relationships with staff, parents, students and community
6. Multitasks and meets challenging deadlines
7. Previously demonstrated school leadership/administrative experience
