ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR (Anticipated)


QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school diploma; secretarial training

2. Minimum experience in general or school office work as
   determined by the Board

3. Expertise with appropriate software systems.

4. Knowledge of automated office equipment and excellent
    word processing and secretarial skills

5. Strong analytical, communication, and human relations skills

6. Familiarity with school regulatory reporting preferred

7. Required criminal history background check and proof of
    U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

 

REPORTS TO: Business Administrator


SUPERVISES: Secretarial and clerical staff assigned to the business office


JOB GOAL: To serve as the business administrator’s confidential secretary; supervise all administrative secretarial duties in the business office and coordinate accounts payable and receivable. Develops and maintains financial records which are in conformance with state law, Board of Education policies and administrative rules and regulations.

SALARY: As determined by the Board of Education


TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12-month unaffiliated position
