One-to-One Nurse
Job Summary:
To promote health and safety in the school environment and provide one-to-one health services to assigned students in a manner consistent with the philosophy, goals, and policies of the Wyckoff School District. To identify and treat the assigned student's responses, signs or symptoms to physical and emotional health problems through performing tasks and responsibilities per physician's orders and/or assigned student's individual health plan. To maintain appropriate level of communication while adhering to confidentiality guidelines at all times and to uphold and enforce school rules, administrative regulations and Board policies.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN required; demonstrated expertise in nursing practice and emergency procedures; knowledge of current health issues, wellness education, and child growth and development. Experience in pediatric hospital and or pediatric physican office preferred.
