Qualifications:
  • Substitute Secretary
    • Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
    • Must have two (2) years of relevant office experience.
    • Salary: $17.00 per hour, effective 1/1/24 (8 hours per day with a half hour lunch).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, and staff members, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be reliable and of good moral character.
  • Must meet criminal background check.
  • Must attend District Substitute Training tentatively scheduled for August 2022 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Working Conditions: Called in on an as needed basis.

Application Procedure:
1. Apply Online/Download Substitute Packet with district paperwork. Link on website under the employment tab and attached to this posting.
2. Attend On Site Recruitment Event or contact the Human Resources Department to set up an appointment.
3. Applicant must upload a copy of fingerprinting clearance letter when complete.
4. Attend District Substitute Training.
5. Complete online training tutorials as assigned.
