With paid time off, sick leave, personal days, and summer opportunities for extended school year work, we prioritize your well-being and sustainability as an educator.
  • Incredibly Competitive Compensation Package:
  • Highly competitive salary with opportunities for annual pay increases
  • Comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance (with no cost to employees this year and a small cost for family coverage), long-term disability, life insurance, and a 401K plan.
  • Stipends for Extra Responsibilities: Teachers who are interested in taking on extra responsibilities, such as curricular duties or extracurricular activities, have the opportunity to earn stipends.
