ANTICIPATED OPENING

DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES & OPERATIONS

Position available to start on or about February 17, 2025

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Professional Engineering, Construction Management, or related area.
2. Minimum of five (5) years' leadership and supervision experience in facilities management within an educational environment, preferred.
3. Certified Educational Facilities Manager.
4. Demonstrate knowledge of architecture, school construction, engineering, plant operation, maintenance and management, and school safety.
5. Experience in project estimation of labor and supply needs and ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of department staff.
6. Extensive understanding and skilled in all phases of building facility requirements: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building construction, site, maintenance, custodial staff, utility services, and safety.
7. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.

REPORTS TO:         SCHOOL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR/BOARD SECRETARY

JOB GOAL:              Directs the daily operation of the Facilities Department for assuring that the planning, design construction, operations, and maintenance of all of the school facilities and grounds. Support the academics and administrative functions of the schools while balancing financial and technical constraints with aesthetic.

SALARY:                  Salary Negotiable.
