Principal (12 months) - Tenure Track

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The primary function of a Principal is to provide leadership and oversee all aspects of a school's
operations, including managing staff, developing curriculum, setting academic goals, ensuring a
safe learning environment, and promoting student achievement by coordinating teaching
practices and monitoring student progress; essentially acting as the primary leader of the school
community to drive positive educational outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid New Jersey Administrative Endorsement - Principal
• Prior Administrative experience at the elementary level is strongly preferred.
• Minimum five years’ successful teaching experience at the elementary level is required.
• Strong knowledge of elementary curriculum and pedagogy.
• Demonstrated understanding of elementary school operations.
