Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Full-Time Position

 
Union County Educational Services Commission is a public school district located in Westfield, NJ that was established to provide cost-effective educational services to the 21 member districts in Union County. The Commission is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work at Crossroads School. This public school was developed to meet the educational needs of preschool, elementary, and middle students with Autism Spectrum Disorders. This experienced candidate will contribute to the success of students by working in conjunction with administrators, teaching staff and paraprofessionals to develop, implement and evaluate behavioral and academic interventions.

Requirements:
  • Earned Master's Degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or other related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Successful completion of post-graduate training in Applied Behavior Analysis leading to certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Minimum of three years experience teaching and/or developing behavioral interventions for students with a variety of developmental disabilities, preferably in an educational setting.
