PAYROLL/BENEFITS COORDINATOR
Timely prepare the district's payroll, benefits and other business operations functions, with a high degree of responsibility, accuracy, discretion and confidentiality. Ability to use independent judgment, in addition to methodical work routines necessary for the timely dissemination of the payroll, benefits and pension programs.
Prior experience with CSI Payroll software a plus
Coordinate NJ State Pension administration and appropriate reporting requirements
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial concepts effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
Process ACA reporting and 1095 forms
