Postition:          Director of Collaborative Educational Services
                          Twelve (12) Month Position

Start Date:         July 1, 2025 - Pending criminal History 

Report To:         Superintendent of Schools

Scope:   The Director of Collaborative Educational Services and Administration provides administrative leadership for the ESCNJ's overall outreach efforts and collaborative programs designed to improve the efficiency of the educational delivery system and maximize student achievement.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • New Jersey School Principal Certificate.
  • Master's Degree in Educational Administration or related area from an accredited college or university.
  • Five (5) years of public school certified employment.
  • Knowledge of special and general education NJ Student Learning Standards.
  • Knowledge of collaborative and cost-sharing models of educational programming and support services.
  • Extensive experience in providing cost savings to school districts as a building administrator/supervisor.
Responsibilities:
  • Directing the planning, development, and implementation of collaborative and shared service programs throughout the state.
  • Participating in short and long-range strategies, planning of instructional programs, and support services for member districts and shared services partners.
  • Participating in the review and evaluation of ESCNJ collaborative instructional programs and support services.
  • Ensuring the integrity and successful delivery of services and support for teachers and support staff to implement effective collaborative instructional strategies and shared services.
  • Coordinating the completion of all required state and federal documents necessary for compliance with existing laws and administrative guidelines.
  • Performing all other duties assigned by the Superintendent of Schools.
The Successful Candidate Will:
  • Have a proven track record in developing and implementing instructional programs for an exceptionally diverse student population.
  • Possess a strong background in instruction design, curriculum development, and evaluation research.
  • Demonstrate high standards for academic performance and a commitment for instructional excellence.
  • Have extensive experience in strategic planning, personnel evaluation, and curriculum review and evaluation.
  • Exhibit the ability to work effectively with ESCNJ staff, parents and community representatives.

Minumum Salary:    $100,000
